Missing a class

Fill this in and we will do the rest. Classes run every week, including school holidays, so if a week is missing here it is worth double-checking before you tick it.
The one hard rule: it has to be in at least 24 hours before the class starts. We book courts and coaches for every child in every class, and kids improve fastest when they come consistently. Each child gets one last-minute cancel each season (less than 24 hours before class) that we still credit. After that, a cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or no notice, means the class is used. If we do not hear from you and your child does not turn up, that class is used.
