Junior badminton training that meets your child where they are.

We coach young beginners — including the kids who aren't the sporty ones — on a step-by-step progression system. Every child has a level, a clear next step, and a written report at the end of the season.

No commitment. Turn up, play, decide afterwards.

Why parents pick us

Six kids to a coach. Maximum.

One coach, one court, six children. Your child hits shuttles instead of queuing for a turn.

A level system, not a vague plan.

Every shot is broken into skills, each graded 0–100% — from "still being reminded" to "does it without being told." See the roadmap.

You get told what changed.

Coaches plan each session against your child's level and report what moved. A written report every season.

What level would your child start at?

Six questions about how your child moves and hits, and you get a real answer — the level they'd begin on, ladder by ladder, from the same roadmap our coaches work off. It takes about two minutes and we don't ask for your details.

Getting started

How it works

  1. Book a free trial

Pick the venue and day that suits you. It takes about a minute, and there's nothing to pay.

  2. Come along

Your child trains with the group for the full session. We place them on the level system while they play, so by the end you know exactly what they'd be working on.

  3. Decide afterwards

If it's right for your family, enrol for a season — 10 weekly classes for $400. If it isn't, no hard feelings and nothing owed.

Inside a session

Two hours, and nobody stands around

A class runs to the same structure every week: stretch, warm-up, footwork, then drills in level-matched pairs, a training rotation, games, cool-down, and a short huddle at the end where each child says one thing they learnt.

Beginners are not a problem — they're the whole point. We only take beginners, so our coaches have specialised in exactly the thing that matters in a child's first months: introducing one skill at a time, and feeding the shuttle accurately enough that a first-timer actually connects with it.

Before you book

Questions parents ask first

My child has never played. Will they be behind?

No — we only coach beginners, so the whole program assumes a child who has never held a racquet. Beginners often improve fastest, because everything is new and there are no bad habits to undo.

Will they actually improve, or is it just running around?

Each session is planned against the child's current level, run, and then reported on. That's the difference between a tracked system and unstructured play.

My child is shy. Will they get lost in the group?

Six kids per coach means there is nowhere to hide, in the good sense — the coach knows every child in their group by name and works with each of them directly.

The first class is free. Come and see.

Pick a venue and a day that works, and we'll have a coach expecting your child. Rackets and shuttles are on us.
